For our vinyl liner pools we offer the option to match the interior of our pools whether you have us build you custom vinyl covered steps or standard acrylic steps. We have them manufactured to match the interior of your swimming pool. And with our wide array of choices we let you unleash the designer within! Our vinyl liner pools are less in cost but not in quality and appearance. Only Lang Pools offer this with a vinyl liner swimming pool. The looks of concrete (gunite) but with less cost!!

Christopher Lang founded Lang Pools in 1993, shortly after finishing college at SUNY Geneseo in New York where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Christopher spent his high school and college summers working with his father for a swimming pool company in Long Island, NY and became very involved in the complete business. After visiting friends in CT, he decided to bring his business ideas and experience to the Fairfield County area.
After working nights in a restaurant and days tirelessly building his business, Lang Pools was born. Chris is very proud that today Lang Pools is one of the most recognized swimming pool companies in the area. Christopher is a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and a SP1 licensed pool contractor. Lang Pools is a member of the Better Business Bureau, NESPA, and has won many industry awards for pools built in the CT and Westchester, NY areas. The Lang Pool motto “We build swimming pools and relationships” is what the company is literally built on. Lang Pools prides itself on this relationship fostered during the construction and after the pool construction is completed. Lang Pools is one of the few pool companies that has a fully staffed showroom to allow our customers to visit at 169 Westport Avenue (close to Stew Leonard’s in Norwalk).
Christopher currently resides in Weston, CT with his wife and 2 children. When not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, and many other sports. During the slower season, he enjoys skiing and can be found at the end of the day in the hot tub….of course.

Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA), Founded in 1950, has been affiliated with the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP). NESPA consist of five chapters – Capital (covering upstate NY), CONSPA (covering Connecticut), Long Island, Metro NY-NJ and PennJersey. Members include service companies, builders/installer, distributors, retail stores, manufacturer’s agents, manufacturers, independent pool and spa service companies and sub-contractors.
NESPA is the owner and producer of the Atlantic City Pool & Spa Show, one of the swimming pool industry’s largest events. The Show draws 11,000 people to Atlantic City for four days of educational, business and social activities each year.
A Certified Service Professional® is an individual who has passed all the rigorous requirements of the APSP’s Certified Service Professional® training program. The three-level technical training program (TECH I, TECH II, and CSP) provides practical knowledge for technicians and service professionals, from structures and electrical systems, to hydraulics, pumps, and filters, to water chemistry and maintenance.

The Certified Pool/Spa Operator® certification program has delivered more training than any other program in the pool and spa industry since 1972, resulting in more than 200,000 successful CPO® certifications in 44 countries.
CPO® certification courses are designed to provide individuals with the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations. It covers 14-16 hours of information from the NSPF® Pool & Spa Operator™ Handbook (provided) and local codes taught by an NSPF® Instructor.
