Christopher Lang founded Lang Pools in 1993, shortly after finishing college at SUNY Geneseo in New York where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Christopher spent his high school and college summers working with his father’s swimming pool company in Long Island, NY and became very involved in the complete business. After visiting friends in CT, he decided to bring his business ideas and experience to the Fairfield County area.
After working nights in a restaurant and days tirelessly building his business, Lang Pools was born. Chris is very proud that today Lang Pools is one of the most recognized swimming pool companies in the area. Christopher is a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and a SP1 licensed pool contractor. Lang Pools is a member of the Better Business Bureau, NESPA, and has won many industry awards for pools built in the CT and Westchester, NY areas. The Lang Pool motto “We build swimming pools and relationships” is what the company is literally built on. Lang Pools prides itself on this relationship fostered during the construction and after the pool construction is completed. Lang Pools is one of the few pool companies that has a fully staffed showroom to allow our customers to visit at 169 Westport Avenue (close to Stew Leonard’s in Norwalk).
Christopher currently resides in Weston, CT with his wife and 2 children. When not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, and many other sports. During the slower season, he enjoys skiing and can be found at the end of the day in the hot tub….of course.

Ron DeLeo, is an expert in swimming pool building and construction. He was injected into the pool industry at an early age starting his career in 1977 as a service technician bringing him to building pools from 1983 to present. Ron has built new construction swimming pools all across the country from California to Minnesota as well as all over the north east. As the Construction Manager for Lang Pools, Inc. Ron is at the forefront of leading Lang Pools construction department and holding his crews to a strict work schedule and standard above and beyond the expectations of the industry. Being in the pool industry for 43 years has given Ron the experience and knowledge to deliver a backyard oasis. Since joining the Lang Pools team in the Spring of 2018, Ron has made bringing new construction swimming pools, processes and swimming pool renovation a smooth segway for customers to Lang Pools while delivering emphasis on catering to each individual client from the point of sale to a safe and fun swimming pool experience.

Ron is responsible for Daily operation within the construction department, crew scheduling, helping with the permitting process as well budgeting and other logistics. Ron draws upon his knowledge of swimming pool construction and city and town regulations to ensure a swift and smooth process of Lang projects throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. Ron details, Lang Pools as a company that is at the forefront of new technology in the swimming pool industries creating an efficient user friendly interface to accompany his building practices making for the perfect final product.

My name is Jeff Moore and I'm the project manager for Lang Pools. After many years managing construction I found my home here at Lang building swimming pools. I take great pride in our work and always do whatever it takes to ensure customer happiness. I am a proud father of four and in my personal time, manage two baseball teams. For over 10 years I've volunteered for my local little league and now manage my youngest son's travel ball team. Being dependable is very important to me, on or off the field, also on or off the job site. So when you hire Lang , I will be completely dedicated to building your dream pool. Stephen Caldwell, an expert in swimming pool service and equipment installation. As the Service Manager for Lang Pools, Inc. Stephen assists in holding Lang Pools to the highest industry standards of customer service and workmanship. Being in the pool industry for 14 years has given Stephen the opportunity to experience how things are done from the ground up. Since joining the Lang Pools team in the Spring of 2019, Stephen has made bringing Service, Installation and Swimming Pool Renovation at fair and reasonable price to Lang Pool customers while delivering emphasis on catering to the needs of his customers by any means an essential part of the daily culture.

Stephen is responsible for Daily operation within the service department, weekly service and creating efficient routes to ensure we reach our customers in a timely fashion, sales and installation of pool equipment. In addition is tasked with the sales swimming pool renovation as well as new construction swimming pools. Stephen draws upon his knowledge of swimming pool operation and safety regulation throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties to ensure a safe and fun swimming environment for families with members of all ages. Stephen details, Lang Pools as a company that works at a fast pace and puts great thought into customer satisfaction throughout the duration of projects.

Jailynn has been with Lang Pools for 2 years, handling our Customer Sales Leads. She is knowledgeable on all aspects of Lang Pools' many pool offerings. Being responsible for initial sales calls and appointments, she can answer your questions regarding the initial pool process and walk you through the contract stage with ease. Jailynn is always happy to assist in your pool project needs!

I am an innovative and self-motivated professional with a high successful rate and dedication to achieving and adapting at every task. I’ve been a Connecticut native my whole life and my passion for customer service has led me to working a multitude of jobs from sales rep, insurance agent, to flight attendant and now being an administrative assistant for one of the best well established Lang Pool. I enjoy finding solutions to any problem that may arise so everyone is left happy. Though my schedule might be busy and packed, I always find time to recenter myself during my breaks while sitting in my car and munching on my lunch. I pride myself with being a part of the Lang Pool team and assisting everyone’s needs.
